Melbourne Cup Tipping Competition

The Sporting Tips Melbourne Cup competition will run from Sunday the 1st of November to 11:59pm
AEST Monday the 2nd of November 2015.

This competition is available to users of The Website which meet certain eligibly criteria set out by each
specific competition. Eligibility criteria is specified on the competitions page.

Each entrant will be calculated and ranked by the success of their pick Top 5 Picks, in order on the
official Melbourne Cup 2015 race.

To be eligible to win the competition the user must pick the official Top 5 Melbourne Cup 2015 place
getters in order 1 through to 5. For example, they must correctly guess the first, second, third, fourth,
and fifth place getters in the Melbourne Cup 2015, which are in line with the official results.

In the event of multiple users selecting the same official winning results, the prize amount will be
divided by the amount of winning users, and allocated accordingly.

A user cannot enter a competition after the published competition finish time.

Only one entry into a competition per person is permitted. If a user is deemed to have a secondary
active account also entered into the competition, their entries will be removed with the exception of the
first eligible entry that was made.

The Website reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and Entrants (including an
entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an entry that is
not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and
omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its
rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

The prize offered is $1,000 (one thousand) Australian Dollars. The winner(s) will be notified by their user
profile email address on the 10th of November 2015. The entrant must hold a valid Australian Bank Account.

Sporting Tip’s Melbourne Cup Tipping winners are authorised and confirmed by the Manager.

Sporting Tips may distribute cash prizes to Players who are designated as Tipping Competition winner(s)
by the Manager by way of bank deposit into the competition winner’s nominated bank account.

Effective distributions of cash prizes by Sporting Tips to Tipping Competition participants is therefore
dependent on Sporting Tips being provided with correct and accurate bank details by the Payer during
the claim process.

Sporting Tips takes no responsibility for non-payment of any prize by Sporting Tips to a Tipping
Competition winner, including where Sporting Tips has been provided with incorrect or invalid bank
account details.

In the event that the Manager has failed to authorise payment to the Tipping Competition winner(s) ten
(10) days after the Competition End Date, Sporting Tips will distribute the prize money payable to the
Tipping Competition winner(s) by reference to the leader board for that Tipping Competition and such
distribution will be deemed to have been authorised by the Manager.

In the event of unforeseen operational issues or acts of God which prevent payment processes from
being performed, Sporting Tips reserves the right to delay payments to you without any liability for costs
or other consequential loss associated with delayed payment.

Sporting Tips reserves the right to deduct costs associated with fees charged by banks caused by
incorrect banking information provided by you.
